Mulkharka

Mulkharka is a beautiful hill hamlet situated in North of West Bengal. The village is mainly inhabited by the Sherpas. The prime attraction of Mulkharka is the Mulkharka Lake also called Manokamna Lake (Wish Fulfillment Lake). The lake is considered very sacred by the Lepchas. The reflection of Mt. The nearest railway station is New Jalpaiguri which is well connected with other parts of the country. Cars are available from New Jalpaiguri and Siliguri to reach Aritar. Mulkharka is a 6 km trek from Aritar.

Kewzing

Kewzing is a small village located 5 km from Ravangla in South Sikkim. Situated at an altitude of 4600 ft, the village is mostly inhabited by the Bhutia tribes. The scenic view of Mt. Narsing and Kabru mountain range is probably the main attraction of the place. There are a number of monasteries in and around the village which are worth seeing. You can also visit the Ralang Monastery, Tibetan Carpet Centre and Rayong Sunrise Point. Another great attraction of Kewzing is the Rangit Water World and the Maenam Wildlife Sanctuary. At Rangit Water World, one can go for river rafting, boating or just picnic on the banks of the Rangit Dam. The view of the lush green valleys of Sikkim from Kewzing is amazing. Kewzing is also a paradise for bird watchers.

The nearest railway station is New Jalpaiguri. Cars and shared jeeps are plying from New Jalpaiguri and Siliguri to reach Ravangla. Hired cars are available from Ravangla to reach Kewzing.

Bermiok

Bermiok is a hill destination situated 35 km from Pelling in West Sikkim. Ravangla

Ravangla (also spelled as Rabangla) stands at 6800 ft and straddles the ridge between Tendong and Maenam hills of South Sikkim. The beauty of Ravangla changes with seasons. Maenam Peak is a 12 km trek from Ravangla. The trek to the top takes around 4 hours as you move through a thick forest of oak, magnolia and rhododendron. One can get a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills along with Mt. Kanchenjunga from the old monastery at the top of the hill. A further 5 km walk takes you to Bhaley Dunga. You can also visit Temi Tea Garden from Ravangla by hired car. Other attractions include Ralang Monastery, Namchi and Tibetan Refugee Handicrafts Centre. Chardham Pilgrimage Centre, Buddha Park Pilgrimage-cum-Cultural Centre, Yatrinivas and Lepcha Heritage Centre is also located nearby. Borong is situated close to Ravangla. It is a paradise for bird watchers.

The nearest railhead from Ravangla is New Jalpaiguri. Auto rickshaws ply between New Jalpaiguri and Siliguri. Buses, hired cars and shared jeeps are available from Siliguri to get to Ravangla. You can also reach Pelling from Gangtok by shared jeep and then reach Ravangla by bus.

Tyda

Tyda is a delightful tourist destination located in the Eastern Ghats region of Andhra Pradesh. The place is situated in a calm and peaceful environment surrounded by trees and forests. Rongo

Rongo is a tiny hill hamlet situated in Darjeeling district of West Bengal. The village lies near the Indo-Bhutan border at an altitude of 4500 ft above sea level. Rongo is famous for Cinchona plantations and growing of medicinal plants. The bird's eye view of the surrounding hills, dense forests and river valley of Jaldhaka from Rongo is mesmerizing. Rongo is also the gateway to the Neora Valley National Park.

Panikhar

Panikhar is a nice hill destination located in Kargil district of Jammu and Kashmir. The place is nestled in the Suru Valley, one of the most beautiful regions of Ladakh.
