Kasauli

Kasauli is a small town located at an altitude of 1950 meters in Himachal Pradesh. The town is surrounded by a mixed forest of pine, fir and oak trees. Namthing Pokhari is an added attraction, 2 km from Latpanchar. Salamander or Himalayan Newt Breeding Centre is located at Namthing Pokhri.
